Cancellation and refunds

​In the event that you cancel your booking with us the following charges will apply;

​

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the seminar begins, you will be refunded the full balance (less associated PayPal fees).

 

• If you cancel 21 - 30 days before the seminar begins, you will be refunded 75% of your balance paid (less associated PayPal fees).

​

• If you cancel 11 - 20 days before the seminar begins, you will be refunded 50% of your balance paid (less associated PayPal fees).

​

• If you cancel 0 - 10 days before the seminar begins, you will not be refunded any monies that you have paid for the seminar.

​

In the event the Summerland Trust cancels the event all monies paid by you will be refunded in full.
